At the YWCA Child Development Centres and Kindergarten, we believe that the quality of our teaching staff equates the quality of our childcare and kindergarten programmes.
Our teachers attend courses and workshops throughout the year as it is important for our teachers to continuously upgrade their knowledge and skill in the field of early childhood education. They play multiple roles in the lives of the children under their care.
The YWCA believes in a low teacher-child ratio (during peak hours) to ensure for better supervision and care.
