YWCA Cooking Lessons - Season 2 The YWCA is pleased to present a series of cooking classes from October 2010 to February 2011. Come and join us in the second series of cooking lessons conducted by a group of fun and outstanding YWCA volunteers who enjoy cooking and sharing their recipes. Some of these volunteers are also among the recipee contributors of the YWCA Cookbook "Sharing From Our Hearts". Acupressure Therapy Learn the art of ancent acupressure therapy in this fun, interactive and highly experiential workshop. You wil learn how to perform acupressure with essential oils to enhance your health. The ancient therapy of 'Gua sha' will also be taught during the workshop.
