We welcome you and your friends to join us in this meaningful one hour lunch-time outreach organised by the YWCA Christian Growth and Care Sub-Committee on every last Monday of the month at the YWCA Fort Canning Lodge.
Come and be refreshed by the worship and message delivered by our invited guest speaker, Pastor Thong, who is the Assistant Pastor of the His Arrow Church serving alongside with her husband, Rev Aow, the Senior Pastor. She had actively ministered together with her husband in churches in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, China and Japan.
Cake Making Class (POSTPONED)
Always dreaming of the buttery aroma or the sweet and fluffy melt in your mouth feeling of cakes? Dream no further, learning to make a cake is a simple and fun project that is easy to master. The next time you dream about a cake, make it instead!
This is a beginner’s class on cake making. It will be conducted by our YWCA volunteers who enjoy baking and cooking as their passion and hobby. You will learn to master two recipes:
- Pandan Chiffon Cake
- Chilled Cheese Cake
There will also be opportunities for food tasting after the class. All proceeds from the cake making lesson will be used to support the YWCA’s community projects such as the Meals On Wheels, Sustenance for Families and the Youth Centre.
